Delivery Modes and Session Times

  • Classes and testing are conducted online via Zoom or face to face dependant on your location. Local clients often incorporate both modes for added convenience.

  • Full - time programs, 4 exercises, require a minimum commitment of 2 hours per day, 4/5 days a week.

    Full time programs run during QLD Public School term dates.

  • Part time programs require a commitment of 30 minutes minimum per exercise, per day, 4/5 days a week.

    Part-time programs run during the QLD Public School term.

  • Cognitive Enhancement Exercises run continually throughout the year.

    Clients will be notified of any breaks via the Master your Mind Newsletter.
